RC Car Racing Classes - Which One Should You Race?

If you are thinking about getting started in RC car racing (near Vancouver or otherwise), this video by JQ may be of interest to you.  I do agree with almost everything he says but would add a couple of things...

1. Don't buy any equipment until you visit the track that interests you (view our local tracks on this page).  By visiting the track, watching the racing and asking questions, you'll see what classes actually run and get some recommendations from local racers about how to get started
2.  I don't agree with JQ's point about starting with Nitro - DON'T DO IT!  Start with electric.  There's already going to be a lot for you to learn and quite frankly, most tracks will not permit you to run in the nitro classes if you are new
