Video credit to ToniSport - thank you Patrick for creating this video. Be sure to subscribe to ToniSport on YouTube Hi guys. As you know, the Sanwa M17 manual is pretty bad so I've made another video for our YouTube channel that might help you. This one is with regards to selecting models on the Sanwa M17. In the video, I cover:
Here's a link to the video on our YouTube Channel if you'd like to check it out If you have any questions about the Sanwa M17 please let me know and I'll do my best to help 'till next time Rob Garrett and I were part of the winning team at a 3 hour long nitro powered RC car race this weekend. Special thanks to www.CanadaHobbies.ca for providing us with a brand new Xray NT1 and motor package to run.
So much fun with a great group of guys Our new Hitec DB777WP servos have arrived and we can't wait to get them installed in our 2wd and 4wd buggies for the upcoming winter race season at Outlaw RC! It's hard to believe we haven't touched our buggies in nearly a year - boo COVID
Not only will we be running these servos ourselves, we'll have an extra one on hand at all times so if you'd like to have a look at one (or you have a servo emergency) drop by and say Hi to us at the track. See you soon We've decided to step our RC racing this season by investing in some of the best equipment we can afford. That's why, as much as we like our FlySky Noble NB4 radios we are switching to the Sanwa M17
Hopefully we'll have them installed in our touring cars and ready to go for this weekend's trophy race then can report back with whether or not they were a smart investment UPDATE: I just uploaded a YouTube video with my thoughts on the M17 vs the Noble We tried to have some hats created with our logo but they didn't turn out as well as we wanted. For the $40 each that they cost, the quality of the Delta Flexfit hats isn't very good and the embroidery quality is fair at best. Back to the drawing board
Although racing is our primary RC sport/hobby, we do like to get out for the occasional rock crawl or trail adventure. After a full day of racing on Saturday, we decided to take a break on Sunday and enjoy a nice relaxing crawl up the Majuba Hill with our Redcat Gen8 trucks. It's fun how even rock crawling can be turned into a competition when we (Garrett and Dad) get together
Lots of fun was had After a LONG and strange year, it felt amazing to have some new challenges and something to look forward to. With COVID restrictions just starting to lift, we were finally able to get out for some RC action. We went touring car racing at Ready to Run Raceway in Richmond yesterday and had a blast!
Special thanks to Xray team driver Luke Pittman for helping us get our T4s sorted We're definitely looking forward to the next one! 'till next time In this video, Alexander Hagberg shows us how to correct mount a touring car body. Specifically, Alex is mounting an Xtreme Twister on an Xray T4 but this process will work on most other touring car chassis. He shows us how to mark the body post locations, body height, wheels well cutting and more... Here are some points in the video that may help if you want to skip ahead to a specific section
